A couple of reminders for events next week for our seniors. All seniors need to try their best to be at these events.
Monday 18th- Senior Trip
Tuesday 19th-
K-Sr. walk 8:30am. Wear caps and gowns!
Baccalaureate practice 12:30 5th hour.
Wednesday 20th-
Odd semester test
First American blanket ceremony (JOM) 5:30pm student center
Baccalaureate 7:00pm in new gym.
Thursday 21st-
Even semester test
Senior lunch 11:15 am. Graduation practice will follow meal.
HS graduation 7:00 pm in new gym.

Prom Info for tonight: Students and staff will park in the marked areas to the left & right of the entrance. Guests will follow the red arrows and road and park in the back. Entrance is marked with large white “Prom” letters.

Parents........
The academic banquet will be held on May 12th at 6:30 pm in the old gym. Students will eat free at the banquet. Parents and guardians are invited to attend the banquet. However, parents if you pan to eat, your need to have form and money in by THIS Friday. If your child misplaced their form, have them go by the office and get another. Thank you.

Important information regarding Prom....
Parents and students, due the threat of dangerous weather this evening we have decided to postpone prom. This was decided after communication between district administrators and several different state and local agencies. We take the safety of our students and staff very serious and we want them to be safe. Prom will now be held on Friday May 15th after all school events and sports have concluded. If you have any questions, please reach out to the high school on Monday. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe.

Parents and students,
We are ready for prom tomorrow evening! Promenade starts at 7:30 and prom is from 8-11pm.
We have everything in place and ready to have a good time, but it's April in Oklahoma. We will be monitoring the weather throughout the day and into the evening. We are asking parents and students to check Roff schools Facebook page for updates and information if the weather becomes threatening. See you tomorrow night!!!

Last week, MS and HS students who are being recognized for their academic performance at this year's academic banquet were given a form to bring home. Parents and guest who plan on attending the academic banquet and would like to eat, please fill out the form and return it as soon as possible. We need to get a count on how much food to order. Students will eat free!

Attention Parents /Gaurdians of 8th Grade Students ,
The 8th grade class will visit the Pontotoc County Technology Center on March 30th from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. We will leave our campus by 8:30 that day. Students will ride a bus to and from PTC. There is a form being sent home giving your child permission to attend this tour. Please sign and return it by Monday, March 30th.

Winter Formal Update :
After speaking with the senior sponsors, we have decided to postpone the winter formal . We want to have the best event we can. However, we do not think we can get things set up and organized with the limited time we've had this week. Also there is a possibility of more winter weather Friday evening. The dance will be rescheduled if another date becomes available .
